Making a refund request is very simple! Here’s how …

You just need to log in to Eventbrite, either online or the app, using the email you used to purchase your ticket. From there you can look up your upcoming event tickets, request a refund, edit your order information etc. All ticketing sites are set up so that you can log in to them and directly manage your purchased tickets yourself, without needing a third party.

We are very understanding and accommodating for people who need refunds because their plans have changed, for whatever reason.

There should also be a shortcut or link in the confirmation email you would have gotten after ordering your ticket.

When making the refund request, there is a spot to attach any notes, and you can put there any specific instructions, such as if you need a partial return of only one or some of the tickets, but wish to keep the rest. We can also do a partial return no problem.

Once we see the refund come into our ticket center we can authorize it for you right away!
