Make sure to make the subject line of your email “VFW VENDOR APPLICATION –“ followed by the name of your business!

Aurum Event Centre is a state of the art multimedia special events space right in downtown Vancouver, at the Plaza Of Nations, at 750 Pacific.

We are welcoming established kink- or sex-related vendors who wish to come and take part in the event! We have 600+ local and international kinksters coming from all over the world for this event, and it’s a huge opportunity for local and visiting vendors to showcase their wares – whether it’s art, photography, clothing, sex toys … you name it!

There are NO FEES to take part, and anything you sell, you keep, but you will be required to bring in any and all staging materials to create your booth, which will be located in a prime area directly upon walking into the venue, across from the coat check, in the main space of the venue!

This means you will need to bring any folding tables, rolling racks, lighting, signage etc which you might require. There will be a back wall behind the vendor booths. You will need to provide at least one 25-foot or longer power cable, and a power bar, and any lights brought in need to be directional, not just general illumination lamps which will flood out the space.

Vendors will need to be loaded in and set up on site by 9 PM, and must load out by 3 AM at the latest. There is no coming back the next day! You can start packing up earlier before the event closes and load out if you prefer.

There is a large parking lot right near to the venue, as it is located in the Plaza Of Nations, next to the casino, but be aware that you will likely need a dolly or cart or something with wheels to transport your goods across some distance from the parking lot to the venue!
